Zane Grey Highline Trail 50 - April 24th, 2010- Pine, AZ

Billed as possibly the hardest 50 Mile race in the United States this race takes you from Pine, Arizona to the 260 Trail head 50 miles away.  All of the race is on trail #31, Highline Trail, just below the Mogollon Rim.  It's rocky, it's hot, it's steep.  Average elevation is over 6,000 feet and you climb over 11,000 feet. Peak Races puts this 50 miler at the 47th hardest race in the WORLD.  No big deal.  http://zanegrey50.com/Highline_Trail_50/Home.html
